Necessitarà
- 1/2 tassa d’oli d’oliva verge extra

- 1 cullerada de cera d’abella
Què has de fer
- Barregeu oli d’oliva, oli de coco i cera d’abella en una cassola a foc lent fins que la barreja es fongui.
- Deixeu refredar la crema i guardeu-la en un recipient a temperatura ambient. Podeu utilitzar-lo durant 2-3 mesos.
2. Crema de glicerina
La glicerina (o glicerol) hidrata la pell i millora la funció de barrera cutània (3). L’oli de coco pot millorar la salut de la pell amb les seves propietats antimicrobianes i antioxidants (4). L'aigua de roses i l'oli d'ametlles refresquen i suavitzen i rejovenen la pell, respectivament (5), (6).
Necessitarà
- 2 cullerades d'aigua de roses
- 1 cullerada d'oli de coco
- 1 cullerada d'oli d'ametlles
- 1 cullerada de glicerina
Què has de fer
- Agafeu una caldera doble i afegiu-hi oli d’ametlla i coco. Escalfeu la barreja perquè es barregi tots els ingredients.
- Traieu la caldera del foc i afegiu-hi aigua de roses i glicerina a la barreja.
- Deixeu refredar la crema.
- Emmagatzemeu-lo en un recipient i feu-lo servir diàriament abans d’anar a dormir.
3. Crema antiarrugues amb mantega de cacau
La mantega de cacau és rica en fitoquímics que hidraten i protegeixen la pell, enforteixen la barrera de la pell i eviten l'envelliment prematur (7).
Necessitarà
- 2 cullerades de mantega de cacau
- 1 cullerada d'oli d'oliva verge
- 1 cullerada d'oli de coco
Què has de fer
- Afegiu tots els ingredients a una caldera i escalfeu-los.
- Escalfeu fins que els ingredients estiguin ben barrejats.
- Apagueu el foc i deixeu refredar la barreja.
